The measurements were incorrect when initially taken. Instead of replacing the surround at no charge they wanted us to pay half of what it would cost to replace.
Always good service
They installed a freestanding wood stove for me including a chimney. The installers did a great job, it looks fantastic. They were super professional, clean (they put down cardboard over everything & used a shop vac to clean up) & their experience shows. Very happy & highly recommend this business!
