Hired The Stove Connection to service my older gas fireplace that stopped working. They did an excellent job and my fireplace is now up and working and looks brand new!
We decided to invest in a gas insert in our existing fireplace. The customer service here was excellent, better than other shops in the area. Installation was prompt and they were able to work with our schedule easily. We ended up having a few issues that we were unhappy about but the owner Chris was able to address them and fix them very quickly. We are now very happy with our new fireplace. Thank you!

I've been meaning to write a review for Stove Connection for some time. This business is top notch in regards to customer service. I had a problem with a fan making a squeaking noise in my fireplace insert. Stove Connection was persistent in making sure the problem was resolved for me. I absolutely love my fireplace and am so happy to have it working like it's brand new! I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them. Great people!!
We just bought a second stove. Upgraded to a Lopi wood stove. Bob is honest, super knowledgeable and does exemplary work. I highly recommend The Stove Connection
