Horrible!!!! does not return phone calls. I submitted my info but needed more info and was told i could just fax it or email it. I had to continuously call to see if the information was received was never given a clear answer. I said I would just stop by to pick up my info and when I arrived it had already been filed without my consent. I am still in the process of getting my printed copy of my return. I have called and emailed and as usual....no response or results. My worst experience ever
Love them. Welcoming family environment. Very nice to my children. Good experience every time, they pay attention to detail. Been with them for over 4 years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my tax needs.
The lady owner is very nice and proffesionel about her work I have been comming 2 her for about 4 years and had never been unsatified yet
The female owner was professional at first. She lost all professionalism when she didn't return phone calls, and didn't give me all of the information necessary to file my return. They are about getting the money and not helping at all. Stay away from this business.
