Mike R. will not listen to his clients and pushes back on simple basic facts. Lack of customer service and respect. Disappointment. Look elsewhere for Tax services. *Please do not deflect and add insult to injury, Nick. This is 100% a bone fide client of Stovall, who, like others, is dissatisfied with Mike's customer service and deplorable bedside manners. You can surely speak to him, Nick, but it will not change. Customer Service means serving the customer. Mike talks over the customer and is insolent. Do not recommend.
