Terrible service, they were 25 minutes late and I didn’t see the person I made an appointment with, they have a sign that says no political talks but yet that’s all they were doing, they wrote the wrong amount on my envelope that I was to receive from federal because they did my overtime wrong, had to go back and get the correct amount on my paperwork, I got a letter from the state saying my taxes were filed wrong but the state fixed it without any issues. I’ve been here before and had no issues, but my recent experience was disappointing. I was quoted one price, but my card was charged a higher amount. When I questioned it, I was asked if I wanted the difference back and was given cash. While I appreciate that it was refunded, the situation is concerning—especially given the level of trust involved when sharing personal financial information. If I hadn’t noticed and said something, it likely wouldn’t have been addressed.
