Love my hometown bank. The staff is more consistent than the staff in any other bank I know. They give personal, friendly, knowledgeable service for any transaction you might need. They know their customers and do whatever they can to help. This is the only bank I have worked with that has stayed local and not sold out to another bank. Great job, Stoughton Coop Bank.

I have USAA and I’ve been meaning to check out local banks as while USAA is great, it’s nice to have a local bank for face to face interaction/needs. As it happens I had to get some change for part of a Xmas gift- quarters and 1s. I figured I’d check out a few banks while I was at it. I went into this bank and asked for change and I was asked if I was a customer. I said no I have USAA. I was told they only make change for customers and they couldn’t help me.
