A loved one lives at Stouffville Creek Retirement Residence, and I cannot say enough good things about it. She is genuinely happy there, and that means the world to me. Guy named Michael on the reception is very rude, doesn’t care about residents.
My father recently decided after a 30-day trial that he felt comfortable living at the Stouffville Creek Retirement Residence. He really enjoys the amazing meals, his 3 table mates, the friendly staff, and the flexibility of being able to have breakfast in his room each morning. We recently celebrated my parents’ 69th anniversary in the dining hall and the staff went the second mile decorating with a personalized Happy Anniversary sign, table decorations and a delicious meal. Kind staff, super clean, and a great location! Residents and staff at Stouffville Creek are kind and welcoming. The staff here clearly care about the residents and get to know them on a personal level, which you don't see at every retirement home. The entire place is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are finished nicely and are very cozy. The location is great! Based on my tour this seemed like a lovely, clean, well-maintained facility with great welcoming staff and residents. I would be happy to stay in a place like this (some years down the road).
