I hired an attorney from here after meeting with several different firms to handle my father in laws will, trust, and estate plan, because I was so impressed with the attorney meeting. Her name was Allison Shaughnessy, everything was great during all of the planning i paid a total of $6,000.00 for the total package. I was advised everything was in order once my father in law passed which we knew was coming soon. Setting up a trust with Matt Wathen at Stouffer Legal has gone smoothly so far. This is a big endeavor for us and takes a bit to wrap your head around all of the information. Matt has been very patient, knowledgeable and helpful in this process. We’re not completely done, but are feeling more confident with each step. Matt is doing a great job!
My wife and I attended a presentation by Colin Dolan, Esq. from Stouffer Legal. Colin gave a clear explanation of a Revocable Trust and the benefits for children and heirs upon death.
