ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATION!! Dropped off taxes April. They stated they’d have to file an extension for us, we agreed. HAVE NOT HEARD a peep from them since! Calling repeatedly just to get a voicemail. Finally left message, no reply to date. Called again today. Definitely not getting our business going forward and will definitely not recommend to others.
