Several members of our family toured Storypoint Waterville for a loved one. The initial response from Matt to set this up was was immediate and was very accommodating to our schedules. Our tour guide and contact after this was Joe who also reached out immediately after we scheduled the tour. Upon arrival we immediately were made to feel at ease. Joe Katich at Story Point Waterville was professional, friendly, fun and really made our tour enjoyable. Our elderly parents were signed up a week later without ever visiting Story Point. Waterville Story Point is a beautiful, clean, fresh smelling, welcoming community anyone would be happy to call home!
Joe was very knowledgeable and kind. He was very patient with us as we asked our many questions. Facility was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very warm and friendly.
