They are very caring, compassionate, attentive and just awesome. I felt very comfortable and at ease leaving my Mom in their care. Always kept us informed, no matter what time of day. The place was always nice and clean. The staff was outstanding. I would highly recommend. Love you all and keep up the tender loving care.

They took a check from me for $4,040 to hold a room for my husband. After a week of deciding whether he “would fit into their community, they said he would also require a one on one person to watch him which would be extra money per month. I asked for my $4,040 back and the 2 women on the conference call said they would shred my check. A month later, the cashed the check! I was told it would be a week before they could get me a check! Very nice living facility, very well kept up!
The staff at StoryPointe was extremely welcoming from our visit when checking the place out. It far exceeded our expectations and my sister felt immediately at home and in the perfect place. She enjoys the food and loves how clean the facility is at all times. The staff is always looking out for her, keeping her engaged in activities, and meeting new friends. They made the transition very smooth during a challenging time in our lives.
