One of our parents have been at Story Point Union for about a year. They started in Independent and moved to the Enhanced side fairly soon. Through all of these transitions, Story Point has been incredibly kind and helpful. The Corsocare staff on the enhanced side of the facility are incredible from the care staff manager - Nikki Koch down to all of their hourly employees. We’re really grateful for the whole staff.
I didn't think Mom would be anywhere except in her home or with family. When we realized that she needed assistance, we toured several places and Story Point Union was by far the best. There is a wide range of activities for the residents (concerts, holiday meals, car shows, craft shows, outdoor grilling, smores party, boat rides, visiting museums, winerys, lavender farm, different restaurants, and one of my favorites, motor cycle rides), great food, and an awesome staff. Story Point Union has been home to my parents for 3 + years now and I can't say enough great things about this place. They provide a welcoming, warm, caring environment and it has truly become home for them. The facility is beautiful and modern and well maintained. There are exercise classes, art and craft sessions, card and board game activities going on each and every day. There is something for everyone. Everyone at StoryPoint Union is so friendly. The staff and residents are always smiling, and it feels like such a warm, happy place. I love visiting my aunt. She’s always doing something fun. She even rode a motorcycle recently. I enjoy seeing her pictures on Facebook because she looks truly happy. The care team is amazing. They are kind, compassionate, and really go the extra mile.
