My husband was at Storypoint, he has vascular dementia. He was there from the end of July until the beginning of January. While he was there he fell so many times. They blamed it on his weight. He was taken to St. Joseph hospital in Joliet in October. The ER recognized that he must have had a stroke. They did an MRI and yes, he had stroke FIVE recently. I met with Megan Riebel last week to learn more about StoryPoint Retirement Community and see if we could partner together on a program I offer. I was so impressed with Megan! She is the kind of person I love to do business with.....why? She was precise, detailed, took me for a tour BUT most of all she was so caring and made me feel like I was someone important. Nursing staff for my mother Ceil was awesome especially Rosie she was so caring she reminded me of family. Facility was immaculate and the Staff made you feel like home.
