Storypoint is a beautiful facility. The people who work there are amazing and seem to care about their residents.
I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff, Alicia and Diana. They were rude on the phone, and when I came in asking for information about placing my parents here, I was told she “couldn’t help me right now” before simply walking away. I was honestly in disbelief at how I was treated. If this is how potential residents’ family members are treated, it really makes you wonder how they treat your loved ones behind closed doors.
