I have to give 4 stars because I don’t actually have a family member living here. I’m sure it would be 5 if I did. Matt took me on a tour and was just the perfect blend of professional and friend as he guided me through what StoryPoint offers. Clean bright engaging community. I was very impressed!
Very clean place. Matt Lowery did a great job showing me around and explaining all the amenities the place had to offer. Very professional and knowledgeable of the facility. Met everything that we’re looking for in an independent living situation.
My Dad moved there in the summer of 2025 in the independent living side. All was good at the beginning. But as time went by we started to notice a few things not quite living up to what was promised. First it wasn't kept as clean as it could have been. We often used a side stairwell entrance, and it was often dirty. Bugs, tissues, dirt etc., in the hallway going to the stairs.
