Update: There was an amount due to me that I never received according to my Taxes done when I last did it. I attempted multiple times to have a call with the owner to better understand the situation but she never took the time to have that phone call with me. It was just always an excuse and never a priority. Story Tax & Financial Services has been the most phenomenal tax prep experince I have ever had in all aspects. Had a wonderful experience filling my taxes @ story Tax & financial services. They have an app organizer for your taxes which is user friendly and all the information you need and sent is right threw the app… also big shout out to her financial services she recognized that there wasn’t no taxes taking out from 1 of my brackets which prior tax people failed to mention and never caught and thanks to her I got that issue resolved .. I would highly recommend this financial services to the public
