Great Store Had a wonderful experience there. They have a huge story with everything you could image. Their sales staff is very friendly and you could not ask for anything better than what they are offering. No one comes close to them.
Terry Nayman Largest furniture and appliance retailer in Lawrenceburg. Nice varity of furniture and name brand appliances. Plenty of parking. Located south of town. Prices are high and staff are not friendly.
Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE is their priority! Wonderful selection, my salesperson was very helpful, not to mention the free delivery. I have used them for years for all my home furnishing and appliance needs, if I every had a problem they were eager to help solve the issue with a friendly attitude!
Go somewhere else The salespeople don't care about the customer. They will say anything to make a sale and then go back on their word. I did not find the rest of the staff very friendly considering the expensive prices.
They want to please the customer! We special ordered several pieces of lawn furniture for an anniversary party we were hosting at our home. Almost all came in and was BEAUTIFUL, except for the table for six. One of the owners, who have the same set, have their table brought to my house for me to use until my table came in!
Story & Lee Great Business!!!! I have worked with the family for years and all of their employees and treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I don't know what I would do without them sometimes! I actually had a few parties over the years planned and needed new furniture to surprise the guests; they have always come through... Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks Story Family! Jeremy.
Love their appliance guy! Large selection of appliances and in-house service for all your needs, I was very impressed when a problem occurred with my oven and it was Wednesday of Thanksgiving weekend. I have over 20 people coming to my house. They sent their repair man (Benny - love him) out immediately and the problem was only minor so my meal was served on time! I am so glad I did not buy from a big box store that does not have in-house service, I have had friends have to wait weeks before a service man was in the area.
