I don't even review dispensaries but this one should be closed down immediately for false advertisement especially after placing an online order, I get inside at 8:28 PM exactly and get to the back around 8:46 to a line full of customers, don't get seen by a tender until after 9 and what I ordered is not on sale anymore 🤔 But y'all close at 9PM right so I waited for no damn reason‼️SMH I wish people boycott these greedy dispensaries in Cincinnati and go to Michigan where is 100x better and cheaper and a hell of a lot select... read more

what’s the point of placing an online order to this place if i still have to stand in line for 45 mins, then i get here to watch all walk in customers be served before me. (there’s three lines medical, walk-ins, and pickup orders). in any other dispensary there policy is medical and online go first. this is the worst dispensary i have been too. then when i ask a question about why this is this old miserable lady tells me i'm being rude and the flips out and tells me i’m raising my voice for asking a logical question? okay, b... read more
