I smoked cigarettes for 17 years, I had my last cigarette in the parking lot of Storrs Hypnosis and now I’m a non-smoker. One random Wednesday with Keri and my life has changed. We talked, she did her thing, and when it ended I thought, okay, I feel nothing, I don’t know if I did this right. But then I never wanted a cigarette again. Smoking now feels like something I did in another life. My partner still smokes and I’m not triggered. The cravings and mental pull are gone. Totally worth investing in yourself.

I just wanted to say before going to my first session with Keri, I was having a lot of anxiety, trying to place IVs and do procedures for clinical. I would go into fighter flight. My heart would start pounding my hands would get sweaty and start shaking, and I was not confident at all! My wife is 81 years old. For the last 2 years she has been progressing down the long, dark, lonely road to dementia. Keri’s expertise is worth every minute of time spent with her. From scheduling, contact back and forth to in person meetings, Keri’s work with me proved 100% effective. I walked into her office not knowing what to expect. I went in finally trying to resolve my issue and in the end, couldn’t understand how my fear even existed.
