Looking for help on quiting cigarettes I found Keri . Made an appointment and found out it was possible to quit smoking . She is kind , caring and a good personality. She guided me and let me know the things that would be happening within me . She kept up with me , reaching out to see how I was doing . With her help I was able to quit cigeretts . I smoked cigarettes for 17 years, I had my last cigarette in the parking lot of Storrs Hypnosis and now I’m a non-smoker. One random Wednesday with Keri and my life has changed. We talked, she did her thing, and when it ended I thought, okay, I feel nothing, I don’t know if I did this right. But then I never wanted a cigarette again. Smoking now feels like something I did in another life. My partner still smokes and I’m not triggered. The cravings and mental pull are gone. Totally worth investing in yourself.
