I’m beyond frustrated with this place—it honestly feels like they don't want to do business at all. I called multiple times during business hours, and they almost never pick up. When they do answer, most of the account managers are nowhere to be found. I received a business card from one of their account managers and immediately reached out for a quote on a Steelcase Gesture chair. I recently purchased a Steelcase chair that was available on their used website. Had a timing issue with the order that was placed that resulted in its cancellation. I was pretty disappointed at first, but shortly afterward, I was escalated to their director of sales who reached out to understand the problem, apologized for the issue and then went out of his way to make things right. Given their volume business, I was really impressed that they took time to ensure my small order was handled correctly. Very impressed!
DO NOT RECOMMEND: I recently purchased Steelcase furniture that was available on their used website. Waited over a week for them to get back to me to set up a purchase order. A day after I pay for the order, they then reach out and tell me the item is no longer in stock. Definitely will be looking elsewhere in the future 👎
