Bought some vw transporter rails and fitted 3 months later when booked in to the garage to find the brackets are very poor quality and broken. Welding was poor to say the least. Asked for a part refund to cover the additional garage cost to fabricate the brackets but was told it was too late for them to offer anything or a refund. (I was hardly asking for a lot considering the problem) If your buying think twice as customer service is as important as the product your buying.
POOR BEHAVIOUR FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER!! I have purchased several times from this company and was always good until today. I have bought 2 bonnet guard protectors they came broken and they send a new one with no problem but the mounting bits was not there. Disappointingly hyundai tucson runner boards arrived without instructions and more frustrating is that they are the same item others are selling for £144 or £166 with the addition of a small plate with Tucson etched into it with double sided sticky tape to keep it in place. Further to this both the rear brackets failed to fit, so the dremel came out to make the channel long enough for it to fit. Save your hard earned money to prevent frustration. Ordered item, it came wrong! They replaced it with the "right" one, only for it to come and when it came to being fitted it was totally wrong too! Won't do anything about it. Terrible! Avoid!
