Had the pleasure of working with Jake Burritt as my sales agent and John Tomko as my main installer. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, the exterior of my home and all facets of installation were done with the utmost of care and respect. Storm protection is not cheap to begin with, but the value is there and I believe in the product offered.
I am confused about these reviews. It is very difficult to get help after instal. I have been trying to get a new remote for 6 months.
