The process isn't complete yet, however I'm convinced that amount I've received so far exceeds the amount I could have negotiated on my own. Ergo they earn their commission and then some (in my case). The personal contact I have has been excellent and gave me the confidence to contract with them. I WILL use them in the future if I need professional advocacy and of course recommend them.

The most important thing has been the ability to communicate with the team members throughout this process. Also, they did an excellent job explaining how things work. It finally felt like I had someone on my side, persistently helping me through the process and fighting for what is right. Thank you!

My house was damaged after a string of 3 back to back hurricanes in 2024. When you have no power for 2 weeks, there's little/no gas around, and a lot of home damage, hiring a public adjuster is a NO BRAINER. Storm One Claims is the most unorganized office I've ever seen, and I sent the same documents to multiple people repeatedly and no one ever saved anything, HOWEVER I believe the end result is what matters, and they got me enough money to replace and upgrade my roof and then some. Shane Riley was my adjuster and I was grateful for him from the first contact I had with him. He was accessible; if not immediately available he would get back in touch with me within a matter of hours. I always felt supported and well-informed as I navigated the claim process which was daunting. During a weather event such as Hurricane Milton it is very distressing when you can't get your own insurance company to follow up. Louis Reyes,of Storm One goes above and beyond helping you. I fell that he puts himself in your shoes and that is why he’s so successful in walking you thru the process and being there for you when you need him. He has always been quick to respond and handle whatever needed to be done. I can tell when someone is truly sincere ,this guy is the real deal. In my opinion, he’s a tremendous asset to this company.
