⭐ 1/5 — AVOID. A masterclass in false promises and zero accountability. I would remove this review if they would call me back... ★☆☆☆☆ (I would leave 0 stars if the platform allowed it.) I cannot in good conscience recommend Storm One Claims Public Adjusters. Two years into my claim, I still do not have a resolution. Communication has been the core failure. Phone calls go unreturned. Getting in touch with anyone is nearly impossible. I used Storm One Claims for a claim for damages by one of the hurricanes that damaged my house in 2024. The insurance was not going to pay much at all and Storm One Claims went to work for me. They fought and fought over the months and kept me up to date on where we were, what I could expect and where we were headed. They were easy to work with, and even though we almost had to take the insurance to court, we thankfully did not and they paid enough to do the repairs.
