We successfully employed the assistance of Storm One following the destruction of hurricane Milton here in Redington Shores. They were thorough, efficient and great with communication. Our award was multiple times our original claim, so needless to say we are very pleased.
The process isn't complete yet, however I'm convinced that amount I've received so far exceeds the amount I could have negotiated on my own. Ergo they earn their commission and then some (in my case). The personal contact I have has been excellent and gave me the confidence to contract with them. I WILL use them in the future if I need professional advocacy and of course recommend them.
The most important thing has been the ability to communicate with the team members throughout this process. Also, they did an excellent job explaining how things work. It finally felt like I had someone on my side, persistently helping me through the process and fighting for what is right. Thank you!
My house was damaged after a string of 3 back to back hurricanes in 2024. When you have no power for 2 weeks, there's little/no gas around, and a lot of home damage, hiring a public adjuster is a NO BRAINER.
