so unfortunately haven’t been a client, leaving this review due to an experience @ the baby expo. Overall, at the start of the interaction it was going smoothly and ladies were super nice. My sister in law is heavily pregnant and hasn’t even thought about maternity/baby shoots until speaking with the lady. My daughter and I have used Stories to Inspire four times — from my pregnancy all the way to her first birthday — and every experience has been so special. After meeting Angie and Tracy at the Expo, everything just felt easy and comfortable. The communication was wonderful, and even though we started early (at 12 weeks pregnant!), they made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. ** BEWARE Baby Expo Offer** I signed up and paid for Stories to Inspire’s Baby Expo promo, which claimed four photos were included. What they didn’t disclose was that those photos were only included if you spent nearly $1000 on an additional photo package. When I called and emailed to cancel, their customer service was poor and they refused to provide a refund. I ended up forfeiting my payment just to avoid the stress of dealing with them and their sales tactics.
