I'm not sure if this is the company, but my son goes to school in Santa Clarita and I went to pick him up from school and I heard one of the bus driver employee talking about another employee and it did not sit right with me, but my son does not use the bus services with the way. It seems like a lot of the online reviews for Storer are based on random interactions or annoyances. I’ve been driving a school bus for the company this year and have a different perspective. The company is not perfect because, after all, it’s made up of humans. However, the thing that has really surprised me is how many truly caring and compassionate people work there (my experience was with the school bus division). Bus 16-11 license plate 7uwm918 purposely drove very close to me and honked at me because my door was slightly cracked when she drove by after I closed it 90% of the way. If this was my child on that bus I would be very concerned because afterwards when I took a picture of the bus for the license plate and bus number she proceeded to open the door and start arguing with me.
