Missed work because one of the dispatchers at the Modesto location hung up on me and wouldn’t re route another driver after they came 30min early to pick up my son without notice. A call back from a supervisor would’ve been nice but they won’t even acknowledge a voicemail.

I'm not sure if this is the company, but my son goes to school in Santa Clarita and I went to pick him up from school and I heard one of the bus driver employee talking about another employee and it did not sit right with me, but my son does not use the bus services with the way. It seems like a lot of the online reviews for Storer are based on random interactions or annoyances. I’ve been driving a school bus for the company this year and have a different perspective. The company is not perfect because, after all, it’s made up of humans. However, the thing that has really surprised me is how many truly caring and compassionate people work there (my experience was with the school bus division). I've not worked for Storer but I really like the atmosphere and the front office are very helpful and nice
