Felicia and Jeremy are the managers at the modesto location. They allow their employees to hang up phones, picking up the phone and putting it back down to further push your wait time to the point of exhaustion you hang up. They change routes for my son without calling and letting me know. There are days he shows up 20 min after school and now the driver has been bringing him home close to 2 hours after school is over. I called for questions about a job and the Lady who answered was very nice and polite.
Missed work because one of the dispatchers at the Modesto location hung up on me and wouldn’t re route another driver after they came 30min early to pick up my son without notice. A call back from a supervisor would’ve been nice but they won’t even acknowledge a voicemail.
