Missed work because one of the dispatchers at the Modesto location hung up on me and wouldn’t re route another driver after they came 30min early to pick up my son without notice. A call back from a supervisor would’ve been nice but they won’t even acknowledge a voicemail.
I'm not sure if this is the company, but my son goes to school in Santa Clarita and I went to pick him up from school and I heard one of the bus driver employee talking about another employee and it did not sit right with me, but my son does not use the bus services with the way.
