The staff were helpful and considerate and I was offered a good deal on storage that met my needs for safety, security and accessibility. A minor drawback was using the app for first-time access and the correct unit was not allocated initially. This was all sorted promptly and professionally over the phone when I raised the issues.
Used to be 5 stars, now they've jacked up my rental rate twice this year already. Will be looking for other options.
