We had our furniture stored at Store Local Epping for 15mths when it was supposed to be around 11mths. They kindly extended the duration without any hassle. Our stuff was well maintained and easy and secure access. Dealing with the staff was great and my needs were met effectively. I’d highly recommend them for anyone who needs to find storage place. Great job Store Local!!
*****WARNING***** If you have a storage unit at 214-216 Cooper St, Epping VIC 3076, please note that this place has been broken into, in Nov - December 2023!!! I have a storage Unit with them and found a different pad lock on my unit. If i hadn’t gone to get some stuff out, I would never have know that my unit was broken into and have had stuff stolen!!!! They never notified me, called and had the phone hung up on me, didn’t provide any information to make my police report!!! Spent 3 hours on the phone with useless people!!!... read more
