Didn't have the best customer service experience here. I called ahead to check they had a particular style of blundstones in store to try on, they said they did, then when I arrived they gave me a different style to try. I explained this wasn't the style I asked for, the gentleman who was assisting me told me I was incorrect. A while later, he realised that indeed he had not given me the correct style, nor did they have them in stock, and he didn't apologise for the inconvenience. We dropped into Storehouse for a friend’s exhibition (she was showing as part of the ceramics group). We loved it. The space itself is gorgeous, open, bright, warm, thoughtfully curated and full of beautiful work from a wide range of talented artists. The ceramics were fantastic, but honestly everything on display was impressive. The opening had good vibes too. Great energy, friendly staff and a lovely spread of drinks and snacks. All-round really enjoyable visit. Highly recommended.
What a complete joy to spend time in this store. Graceful and warm service, and thoughtfully curated by the very knowledgeable and passionate Thomas. You won’t leave without feeling inspired or purchasing something no matter how big or small. Thanks for having me! :)))
Absolutely love this space and everyone in it. Staff are super helpful and friendly and the store curation is superb. I’ve bought quite a few things from here and it’s first stop on my list for Xmas presents this year
