We ordered some bedding for our daughters christmas present. Turns out we chose the wrong size (our fault not theirs) However, have tried to contact them through their website and the only option they have is e-mail. Have e-mailed them twice and in 3 days they have not responded. I am not really impressed with the quality of their customer service so far, and the fact that they do not have any other contact info on their website is a little suspicious to me
