Absolute scam. Stay away. I am a long-time lover and collector of comic books and cards. I bid on a unit with comic boxes. It ran up to $15,000. I won. I was willing to make the investment because I calculated roughly 40,000 comics inside based on the full boxes displayed. When I showed up, turns out the entire unit was staged. Horrible company at customer service they will not get back to you I really don’t even think there is a customer service department complete crap Was cleaning out a unit that had not maintained the ice and snow fell bad storage company wouldn’t work with me and storage treasure would not even return emails to the customer help departments total scam of a company be aware there are better companies out there stay away from this joke
They banned my account because I did not pay an invoice for an auction that I didn't even win! I was the backup bidder and didnt even know I was awarded the unit. How would I know when someone outbid me and I let them have it. I have been buying 2-3 units per week and you ban me for this? I sent 2 "requests" and Storage Treasures won't even respond.
I have written and screen shot proof that I did indeed clean out and action locker on time, as well as screen shots of me calling the facility directly to get them to contact storage treasures on my behalf. The still have blocked my account even after winning over 80 storage units with their company without issue, always recommending them to friends, and submitting multiple requests for them to review the issue.
You work hard to do the right thing and clear out the unit it was raining for 2 days. Asked manager for more Time at the facility, but didn’t even give me a code to get in the only time I was able to do it was before 9 AM and after 6 PM due to my business being open at that time, they will not work with you at all on top of that, they Suspended my account.
