Genuinely scummy business practices. Also their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve never left a 1 star on a business until right now, I just had to warn people. Go elsewhere!
This site has become one big fraud. And I'm not blaming the site itself but the actual storage facilities!! 8+ years ago You used to be able to get a storage for $10-$200, now facilities are taking them down at the last 5 minutes of the auction because they don't like the price it's going for or it doesn't cover the whole balance that the owner owes which should technically be illegal....call it a coincidence but units being taken down always at the last 5 minutes isn't coincidental especially if the unit ends up back up for... read more
It was very good at the beginning, now it is just a waste of time
I swear the employees are bidding on the storage units to raise the price on the units you can’t even get a halfway decent storage unit at a reasonable price because they bid the unit prices up to get there money they owed a unit only worth $40 is going for $200 plus because they are ghost bidding
Does anyone know the buyer that bought 7077 storage unit . Extra Space Storage. In Mundelein IL. Everything in that storage held so many irreplaceable , valuable and family stuff . Including inventory and gifts. Please reply back if this is you . I willing to pay extra for it and you’re willing to sale it back to me . Please I beg you . .
