There are several solid live auction storage locker companies out there, but unfortunately, Storage Treasures has been the worst experience by far. Their customer service is shockingly poor—rude, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful. Every interaction has felt like a one-sided conversation where the customer is automatically in the wrong. Find somewhere else to go for online auctions. This place is horriable. The customer service is trash. They mostly list units that people have cleaned out and have piled trash into. They also allow private citizens to post their lockers and cancel them last minute and relist if they dont get what they want. And ANY storage place says you didnt clean out a place it doesn't matter if you have ten perfect clean outs. Thwy will suspend your account immediately. Primeramente especificar que te cobran doble en la tarjeta y cuando llegas a la unidad te vuelven a cobrar . !!!! Y por último fui a Naples a una unidad que me enviaron a otro lugar para cobrarme porque según la computadora estaba rota y cuando llegué no me dejaron pagar por las máquinas de la unidad me quitaron la tarjeta y cobraron ellos por otro lado . Además de esto después de dos días de esto me llega un mensaje de alerta de ellos con un link y cuando entro allí dice que mis datos fueron hackeados !!!!!! Ojo

Sketchy company. They look for phony rules violations and then require you to pay for a "pro" account to continue using their service. What a sham!
