They deserve no stars! They used to be good. I bought over 30 units from them. Whoever took over and made changes where buyers are treated like crap should be terminated. I don't buy that much anymore but for them to not take calls to get you to pay for a pro membership and to add authorize pick up is ridiculous and pure greed. Greed is pure evil. I get making money. I am a private seller on storage treasures and I have had a few bumps with them along the way however that is just part of business. They have always sought my issues through to the end and tried to the best of their abilities to be honest and fair. It is tough to always please both sides especially in a disagreement but what I can say is storage treasures has always followed thier guidelines and rules to a T. No protection for buyers just the facilities.
They suck !!! App used to be so good lol now they got workers stealing for the units you buy. Got a U-Haul and went 4 hours away to a unit just for everything to be gone still haven’t got a refund for nothing I’m down $500….
