So we have noticed lately we can never win a bid. Let me explain last night my fiancé bid on a unit was the highest bidder, someone out bid him, and he thought that’s too expensive. Dropped out and then the auction was cancelled. This is not the first time this happened. I would bet they are using bots to bid against you and then when you don’t go high enough they cancel it. Not even worth it. The reviews are not lies. You are literally paying to purchase left over trash and to clean out a unit. All facilities and managers are going through the stuff first and digging the units. Never again
Don't waste your money paying the clean out of storage locker!!! Absolutely the biggest scam going... Storage place will definitely go through your lockers with the excuse we lose enough money... File a complaint with storage treasures they block you and ban you from bidding or buying or posting. It's a scam operation why would I want to participate any longer!! I'm a facility manager and had an issue with a winning bidder. My back up bidder case was cancelled.. Andres (floor manager) called me after I put in 3 support messages today. He was awesome. Listened to what I said and resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes... My back up bidder case is back up and all is right with the world. Thank you Andres. You were wonderful. Thank you again
