Unit sales cancel with less than 30 minutes to go and have had them go before time is up. Once they are up for bid that's how they should go really dislike how they run this

This site always sides with the storage unit over the buyer even when the unit manager is in the wrong. The customer service is terrible when calling to get an issue resolved. I was out of town when I won a unit. I called to see if I could rent it for a few days as I had done many, many times at this facility before. I was told no which was fine as I could get one of my workers to unload it. Please do not get this storage auction ID: 5150225. The manager tampered with the seal and removed items from the unit. The photos posted online do not match the actual contents of the storage. This appears to be a scam. Avoid this facility. This is a Public Storage located at 8401 contee rd laurel md 20708
