Before you book their service, they are communicative and consistent. After you order the service, everything changes. They automatically changed my scheduled pickup date to be much later than I planned without notifying me at all, resulting in their staffs wouldn't be able to come to my apartment to pick up my belongings because I live off-campus and have traveled to a different place on that pickup date. Careful when ordering from theses guys. Found out their CEO not only supports but publicly endorses criminally underpaying people from the Philippines as a means of keeping costs down. This is the literal definition of creating sweatshops. I guess we understand why his Twitter handle is 'Sweatystartup.'

(For Ann Arbor, MI) Storage Squad was so easy and convenient to work with! I used them to store for study abroad and summer. As I was trying to figure everything out the customer service was super helpful and easy to work with. They were good at answering my questions via phone or email. When I picked up the boxes they were ahead of schedule and let me know over the phone and the boxes were super sturdy.
