Angel was very polite
Execution was awful! We met every required date/time but they did not. Move in day at college is one of the most stressful days I've been through. It was made even more stressful with their radio silence during that day, their lack of providing a reasonable time frame, and not delivering on what we believed we now overpaid for.
For this being so expensive you’d think their services would be extraordinary. But no, first their website is HORRIBLE, incredibly slow and basically useless. Every change I’ve needed to make their website couldn’t accommodate and I had to call. The drop off was horrible. I was told to wait by my phone for the call that they had arrived. I wasted my day doing absolutely nothing waiting for them to arrive. Terrible service, I was made to wait all day without word from the mover. Just for my things to not even get delivered on the day that it was scheduled for it to arrive. From personal experience and what I’ve heard it’s better to just take your business elsewhere because they lack urgency, effective communication and time management skills. 👎
