THE W.O.R.S.T.! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We used them for an Emory move-in. From start-to-finish: a terrible experience. On move-in day, they showed up soooo late, and didn't have one of the retailer shipments sent directly to them. Though we had confirmed this to have been received THREE times with their Customer Service a week earlier, it didn't arrive. Very happy with our experience with storage scholars! The shipping process was easy and they were very responsive to all of my (many) questions. All items were waiting in my son’s dorm room when he moved in for pre-orientation. They made freshman move-in a lot easier.
This service is priceless! It makes college move in and move out effortless. The company also accommodated my last-minute needs. Outstanding!.
2025: We used Storage Scholars again this year for move out in the spring and move in for fall. Everything went perfectly, as it did last year. Delivery guys were super nice, professional and strong!
