They charge a $50 “registration fee,” after paying which you get your “free supplies.” So they’re not free, they’re $50. Totally dishonest. EDIT — As one can see in the reply, supplies are included w a “registration fee.” Registration fee is standard capitalist speak for “nonsensical hidden fee without any direct link to any product or service.” If you want supplies, the kit cost $50. Nevertheless, it is advertised as “Free Supplies.” It’s just such an obvious sketchball slight of hand.
I applied for their services but my plans changed and I had to cancel. The cancellation process was a piece of cake, didn't even take an hour, and they refunded me. They had great customer service and I bet that if I had used their services it would have also gone smoothly.
Unexpected circumstances prevented me from utilizing the service. Consequently, I had to withdraw my reservations. I am grateful for the prompt and efficient assistance from the customer service team in processing my refund. My thanks to the entire team.
