I filled in my form for them to come 12-3pm they didn’t come till 1:30am I called them 4 times to confirm my delivery and they said yes I will get my stuff that day September 1st and I had to crashout for them to get my shit. But thankfully the guy I was in contact with in the company helped get my items even though it was very late so I will give them grace for that. They were super friendly and efficient! The movers showed up on time, handled my stuff with care, and made the whole move way easier than I expected. Great service—I’d definitely use them again and recommend to others.
I have multiple boxes in storage and need to get them back, but every phone call goes straight to voicemail, and I have received no response via email or Instagram. When I try to log into their website, I get an error message and cannot access my account. If anyone knows how to reach them or has had a similar experience, please let me know.
