This company posses no integrity and displays a complete lack of concern with customer service or satisfaction. We were sent the wrong type of batteries which we had pre-paid for before they even shipped. We had technicians onsite ready for a changeout at a large critical power facility that was experiencing an emergency situation which prompted us to send employees out a few days early to handle the change out.
