Horrendous customer service, will not return. No care at all at to upset customer based on online order issues. Front end doesn't even know how to process returns. No store manager on site. And corporate....forget it! Their ways to "contact us" all just keep scrolling...infuriating. DO not shop at stop and shop. If they don't care about you, why give them your $?
Their meat doesn't seem that fresh. A few times when I opened the package, the meat had a strange smell, but when I returned it, they were very enthusiastic and handled it.
