I have visited the Medford S&S many times and generally rely on self-checkout. I've rarely interacted with cashiers or managers, so what follows may be an isolated incident. In the early morning, self-checkout lanes are closed, so shoppers need to go through a cashier line. From what I've noticed, the only open cashier line is run by a fairly rude women who overcharges customers on price and attitude. When I asked the manager about it, she blamed me for the encounter. First, i want to give props to the man with dark hair, who's always working the customer service desk in the afternoon. I've dealt with him numerous times and he's always extremely pleasant and very quick to help you. Some people are just meant to be in customer service, and this employee is very good at his job! Second, this is probably the nicest stop & shop i've ever been to. It has very nice lighting, relaxed vibes, and the store has a sort of "throwback" atmosphere, like you are in a market from the early 1980's.

This Store Is, Terrible! Yesterday, I had my Grocery List taken over the phone. (I was watching online as well).. So the Items I needed, Oh yes they were there! Now, just a few hours ago my Delivery arrived., But know this, I ordered; 3-quarts of, Hood Light Cream. I looked at the Date, and on All 3-qrts., reads; BEST BY Jun-20-26!
