DO NOT GO TO THEM. Super rude, doesn’t let you talk, and keeps talking over you. Had a problem with them and the insurance company with payment not being pushed to insurance and I called trying to explain the situation and he told me the policy was canceled and what I needed as I was trying to explain. WILL NOT LET YOU TALK. So so soooooo rude guy. Also the lowest price they “find” you can find even lower at different insurance if you call around.
If I could give this place a negative rating I would! I had them for a year insuring a few cars and had minimum to no issues AT FIRST. They kept having issues with billing and auto pay , somehow their autopay wouldn’t charge me when they needed to and I’m not thinking anything about it because again it’s autopay! My insurance lasps & I get an email stating that. I go around Lansing to get a few quotes & nonetheless I go back to Stop1insurance to get insurance back on my car. I spoke with Cory while getting my policy. He was very rude and talked over me and hung up on me before I was done talking. He claimed he tried to email me my paperwork numerous times but I never got it. I showed up at the store to sign papers since he had already taken payment from me. When I got to the store he continued to be rude and talk over me until I ended up asking for a refund. He refused my refund then came around the counter and PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED me.
