I placed an order in early March. The manufacturer’s website listed an estimated delivery of April 3rd, so I anticipated some additional time for shipping. When that date passed, I did receive one follow up from Stools.ca, but since then there has been no further communication despite the order still not arriving. I was looking for a wooden shower stool and found one on line that is sold by Chatham Furniture. I had some questions and got a response from Ryan within a few minutes. I bought the Borneo model which is made from teak and manufactured in India. It arrived today and I must say it was well packaged. We are very impressed with the quality and the quick communication from Ryan. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products. Nice to be able support a Canadian small business as well.

These guys are somehow associated to the website furnitureenvy which is a scam online retailer of home furniture. I say associated because the website provides this address to handle return and exchange. The website does not ship items and does not answer any requests
