We loved our stay here, Louise really went well above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. The cottage is beautifully furnished and cosy, private and lovely surroundings, donkeys were of course a highlight. Thank you Louise for making our stay truly memorable, we so appreciate it and will be back again in future!

Fantastic hospitality and passion for the area from the host, ice creams in the freezer, donkeys in the barn, hot croissants in the morning what’s not to love?
Fantastic B & B. Cook yourself breakfast of eggs,bacon, tomatoes,mushrooms,bread for toasting, plus a variety of cereals, milk,orange juice, cocoa, variety of teas. Very friendly hosts. Dropped us off at a nearby winery so we didn't have to drive. Couple of donkeys in the rear paddock to feed. Very clean unit. Coonara heater for a bit of romantic atmosphere.
The single best holiday I've ever had was honeymooning at Stony Creek Cottages. The owners were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We were the first to spend any real time with their second miniature donkey (yes, they have two and they are both adorable). Coming from a busy couple of months to a holiday where you can hang out with a tiny donkey with a HUGE personality is, in and of itself, a reason to recommend Stony Creek.
