Always great to deal with when delivering product to them
Absolutely unacceptable service. The forklift operator handled my equipment carelessly and damaged my straps. This is basic stuff—any trained operator should know how to avoid this he did it on purpose he need to do better Now I’m left with damaged gear that I have to replace, all because of someone else’s negligence. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ property.
