So much fun! – I love line dancing but my knowledge of it pretty much ends at the electric slide. Stoney Inn will teach you how to line dance for free! Not only that, but everyone there dancing is totally chill and will gladly help you out. Drinks are reasonably priced and the cash bar by the dance floor makes them strong!
Great Prime Rib for $5 Bucks! – One of my fellow sales guys recommend this place for a good cheap meal and drinks. Went for the $5 prime rib on Fridays, stayed for the Karaoke. Would give 5 stars, but the Karaoke machine they use is very weak. Prime rib was very good, so was the service. I am not a big country and western fan, but it looks like a great place to dance and meet women.
Great place for music and dancing – The Stoney Inn is a great place in a prime location. The major misconception is that the Stoney Inn, because it is on the Boulevard, is in the Heights but it is actually in the Woodlake neighborhood surrounded by Enotria, a vintage ice rink, good restaurants, and art galleries. The bar itself appears fairly small from the outside. When you walk in, you continue to think that this is a very small dive bar. But then there's the back room, it consists of a restaraunt, many tables, and a big d... read more
WON'T BE COMING BACK! HORRIBLE BARTENDERS! – I used to come to stoney inn ALL THE TIME! I started coming back in the last few months, and it had been great. Until recently a few times I was treated very disrespectfully! There is a female blond bartender that was working the front bar one night I was there.. She was VERY RUDE, ON HER CELL PHONE! IGNORED ME FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES, THE WHEN SHE FINALLY GOT MY DRINK ORDER SHE ACTED AS IF I WAS AN INCONVENIENCE! She wasn't even busy! she only had a couple customers! Then I asked... read more
Best place to sit back, enjoy yourself and meet new people – I found that if you want a place where you can feel safe and still have a good time you must go to the Stoney Inn. The owners are two brothers Greg and Kevin who are friendly and inviting. The front DJ Bryan with a Y is up beat and boy can he let out the singer in anyone when he bust out the Kareoke. Melissa is a great Bartender who makes a Margarita to die for. Not to mention the Country line dancing is a hoot to watch and if you ever feel like taking lessons you s... read more
Great place to watch country line dancing AND haved a good meal. – I'm somewhat new to the area and no longer have a significant other. I was looking for a place to spend time and enjoy myself without feeling or looking uncomfortable. I was so at ease at this place that It will be a regular visit for me. The staff was very friendly down to the male and female bartenders, the management to even the cook. The management actively mingles with the patrons. By the way the food was incredible!! I had a salmon dinner and it was aws... read more
I learned to Swing dance! – Wow. All I can say is that I felt totally comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Inside The Stoney Inn is alive with chatter and laughter. Damn good drinks, hell I even took part in the Swing dancing lessons. If you don't go for the dancing, go for the burgers. (Or, at least a good stiff one at the bar.)
Relaxed atmosphere, stiff drinks, and there's usually a hottie at the bar just waiting to catch your eye. – The Scene No longer nicknamed "Stoner Inn" as it was in the '70s, the Stoney now boasts an eclectic array of local bands, heavy on blues and lighter on the alt-rock, from Thursday through Sunday, when local legends the Beer Dawgs jam as the house band to end the weekend right. Customers range in age from teens (allowed while food is served) to people in their 60s, with most falling in the middle-aged range. Bikers are ... read more
