From my original phone call for information with Chantel, to my initial assessment with Shainy and my treatment plan with Dylan. This was the most pleasant experience being in pain and discomfort, they all acted with care and extreme professionalism. Friendly staff. Caring therapists. Exercises I’ve been given targeted exercises that will contribute to my over-all rehabilitation of my knee replacement surgery. They educate me as to why I’m doing certain exercises. They encourage and work with you to produce results.
All personnel were pleasant and knowledgeable. The schedule of physiotherapy was very manageable. For the most part all the exercises were very helpful for my injury. Patrick and Harpreet treated me well and never had me exert myself beyond my capabilities. I recommend Lifemark and their employees to anyone requiring physiotherapy in the future.
Friendly, polite and timely appointments received. Shainy provide a competent assessment, listened and provided advise to address my concerns. She demonstrated, assigned therapy exercises. As well providing me with printed exercise instructions. Very happy with Shainy' services.
