I’ve been a patient at lifemark for approximately 8 months now and I can truly say If ever I need physio in the future I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here! Sean is incredibly thorough in his assessments, explained everything in a way I could understand, and built a treatment plan that actually works. Shainy was great. Frozen shoulder terrible pain. 5 sessions I did the exercises Shainy showed me. Also did some manipulation that helped greatly. Good experience.

I’ve had such a great experience at this Clinic! The whole team is friendly, welcoming, and really takes the time to make you feel comfortable. My physiotherapist Sean is knowledgeable and super patient — he always makes sure to explain everything clearly and tailors every step of the treatment to my needs. I’ve noticed a big improvement since starting my sessions, and I always leave feeling better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care and genuine support!
