We were very well taken care of by Parm with patience and professionalism. She was able to answer all our questions and helped us to eventually make our choice! We were also very happy with the selection of sofas, their quality and price! All in all this was a very positive experience and we highly recommend Stoney Creek Furniture!
Having recently downsized to a condo I was in need of smaller livingroom seating. Catherine was extremely knowledgeable & patient taking the time to offer friendly advice on dimensions, configurations, colours & fabrics to make the most of a smaller space. I did purchase two comfy chairs to start & will return to complete the room. Thank you Catherine for your expertise!
While I have been a loyal customer of Stoney Creek Furniture for years and appreciate their selection, my most recent experience was highly off-putting. I dealt with a sales representative named Donna, whose communication style was condescending and high-pressure. Despite my intent to make a multi-thousand-dollar purchase, I felt disrespected throughout the process. It is disappointing to see such a reputable company represented this way. I hope management addresses this, as it definitely discourages repeat business.
