My first Colonics was today, and it was an interesting experience. I was nervous but her energy calmed me. She gave me advice on natural alternatives to help with bile and gas. I have seen several Dr's and a Naturalpath and none gave me any suggestions to help. I stopped to grab what she suggested on my way home.
I had a great experience, it was my first time and Darjeen was nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and the place was clean and inviting! I would highly recommend Stoney Creek Colonics!
I was looking to do a full gut cleanse through juicing but my coworker asked me why don’t I do colonics instead.
