Stoney Creek Bike is the only bike shop I’ll ever deal with again. I needed a bike on a day they were closed and they were kind enough to let me come up there check out and purchase the bike! They were very friendly, informative, and made sure the bike I was looking at was my right size! I will 100% for sure come here for all my biking needs! 10/10 would recommend!
Absolutely amazing service!!! We arrived a little before they closed on a Saturday, they stayed until 6:30, an hour and a half after they closed, to take care of everyone. Ken also put together my daughters bike and called us to let us know it was done so she could ride it all day Sunday, Instead of having to wait until Monday when they reopened. I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism and the amount that they actually care about their customers!! Thank you so much!!

Awesome experience again. Shopping local is important to us, and when the restrictions were lifted and we could go look for new bikes for our kids, we were happy to support another small business. Ken was absolutely great with a line of people and families out the front of his shop on DAY 1 of a lighter restriction. One family was able to enter at a time.
