I have attended Stonetown Physiotherapy for a few health issues over the years and have always come away feeling so much better. I have been seeing Meg for various issues since a major sports injury in 2008. She is incredibly knowledge and personable, and usually has me fixed up in no time! All the other staff that I have interacted with have been lovely.
Meg had me back to running after a hamstring strain within a couple of weeks! Felt supported physically and mentally on the road to recovery & appreciated the encouragement to get back to sport as soon as possible
Very happy my long term sent me here to help with my recovery back to work. The sessions were full of variety. They did focus on the return to work, also keeping in mind other day to day tasks. The little things that made everything more manageable that helped with the over all recovery. Their end goal was always to help me get moving better, little steps, then a little tweak here and there.
