Weekend aides, and a couple of nurses were huge disappointments the weekend of September 20th 2025. Two aides were by our room sitting on couches, talking on their phones most of the day. We were told there were no blankets in the building. ( Come to find out, they were just too lazy to get them for us. ( Us being my roommate ) A nurse and 4 aides were around the piano for quite awhile. Offering no aid when I had my hands full, and was trying to navigate to my room. The facility is so nice and clean. The staff is wonderful. Also therapy team is amazing. Geisha is great with my mom. She treat her like she is her family
