I cannot recommend Oliver and his team highly enough. This was my first time using a broker, and the experience was truly seamless from start to finish. I’ve refinanced with Stones Throw Finance twice now, and the experience has been fantastic both times. The first time, they helped me unlock equity, and the second time, they assisted with purchasing an investment property and debt recycling across two loans. Oliver, Trent, and Tania were amazing to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and always supportive. I highly recommend their services.
Unprofessional and unreliable. Do not go with Stone Throw especially if you are after a bridging loan. They are either very inexperienced or just have communication issues within their team. I should have known from the first meeting where Ollie sat slumped in his chair on his phone the whole time that this would have been a terrible experience.
