Apparently they don't want business. Tried to go to their showroom on Saturday but when we got there ( around 10:45 am ) the door was locked. The sign on the door said open, the website says they are opened until 1 pm on Saturdays and we even called which nobody answered. They lost my business for sure.
Customer service is awful. Jim is the reason. He needs to be fired. He is rude and condescending. Rick may be the nicest guy in the world but unfortunately he hired someone who isn’t and when your employee makes a horrible first impression, you rarely get a chance to rectify that.
