1. Very well kept facility. Not new, but very clean and had NO poop smell. Other facilities I visited were just permeated with feces smells and I always felt I was breathing in more germs in a 1 hr visit than all week anywhere else. 2. Such a wonderful building. Staff is great. Best kept secret in the Nashville area!!
This place needs to be shut down. Before they let anybody else dies! Because of there low staff my mom Was there for rehab from a fall. Now she died! Because of all the pills they have her on. So please let come to getoher to sue them & close them down for good.

This facility has compassionate employees who go above and beyond to make sure my loved ones needs are met. I highly recommend this facility. They have good local people in management and just a good small town vibe all the way around!
