Zero stars. I took Steven Souza here for an x-ray of his knee. The VA had faxed the order the day before to the correct fax #. The receptionist in X-Ray was the rudest person that we have ever encountered. She made zero attemp to help a 77 year old Veteran wearing a Veteran's hat. She could have called the number that we had for the VA. She had absolutely no interest in helping him. She should be fired. Better customer service at Burger King! Two hours of calling the VA. What a kind and gentle crew! Came in with a deep gash and was stitched up. Can’t thank them enough for their lovely and attentive nature.
Do not go here!!! Will never bring my child here again! Unkind, not caring. 2 hours!! 1 1/2 hr wait in an actual room. Doctor Janine Connors did not come in once to check in my child the whole 1 1/2 hr. My child was crying in pain. We had to leave the room twice asking what's going on and the nurses were so rude. One told me if I dint like it i can leave! Umm are you for real little B!!! I'm here with my son in pain for help and didn't get help once. I've gone to Stoneman 4-5 times over the last few years and have nothing bad to say about them, they've helped me well with numerous different medical issues I'm always seen relatively quickly and have always been treated politely by all staff members. As someone who's had some truly awful care at out of state urgent care centers, I wish places like Stoneman were the standard everywhere.
Dont come here. Go to your Primary or ER. This urgent care is the equivelent of a dollar tree. Google is a better health care provider than this place. Have come here a few times since covid started. Waited for a hour. Staff gives the impression you are a inconvenience to them. Checked vitals, swabbed and sent me on my way. Did nothing for me and paid little mind to when I informed the nurse I was waking up , gasping for air, vomiting brown and yellow mucus. I had a fever on and off, highest was 103.
