I’ve visited Alice multiple times now for sports massages, she is such a genuinely lovely and bubbly person. She always listens to you and is very accommodating to your needs- I couldn’t recommend her enough, I instantly want to go back for another massage after I’ve left! And not to mention the location of her studio is absolutely gorgeous
This is the place you've been looking for. Book immediately! I met Alice for the first time today for an hour's sports massage. I chose her over others for several reasons. She's self-employed, very experienced, uses a variety of unique techniques and keeps herself very fit. So a very capable person and strong enough to give a deep tissue massage. Alice lifts massage to craft status. She patiently and expertly found and released more knots than I thought possible for one person’s back and shoulders to hold. I left feeling amazing. She is also an incredibly lovely person - her welcome is warm and genuine. My review would be longer but I’m off to book my next appointment…

Alice is amazing at StoneHeath Fitness, her Boot Camp ‘Sweat & Sculpt’ sessions are challenging but really rewarding and she always adds a fun twist to keep you going. She’s great at making you feel welcome and comfortable but also pushing you to achieve your goals. Would throughly recommend trying any of her classes as you won’t be disappointed.
